池源，男，1988年出生，副研究员，硕士生导师，海洋一所束星北青年学者，主要从事海岛生态地理、海岸带空间评估等方面研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金2项（面上项目1项、青年基金1项），其他科研项目6项。以第一作者在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI论文19篇（含一区7篇和二区7篇），SSCI论文1篇（Q1），发表在《Geoderma》《Land Use Policy》《Journal of Cleaner Production》《Science of the Total Environment》《Ecological Indicators》《生态学报》《海洋学报》《中国环境科学》《自然资源学报》等期刊上。

获得2016年海洋科学技术奖二等奖（第三完成人）和2018年海洋优秀科技图书（参与作者），第一作者发表论文入选“《海洋学报》2017年高被引论文”和“《生态学报》2010-2019年具有影响力学术论文”，获得2019年“青岛市优秀青年岗位能手”称号。

现任中国自然资源学会湿地资源保护专业委员会委员，担任《Journal of Cleaner Production》《Geoderma》《Geoforum》《Journal of Environmental Management》《Soil and Tillage Research》《Science of the Total Environment》《Journal of Hydrology》《Ocean and Coastal Management》《地理学报》《应用生态学报》等期刊审稿人。
